Personal Detroit style & long style pizza pan lids in Aluminium.

Our traditional Detroit style pans are made from steel, which imitates the steel car plant trays that were originally used for cooking Detroit style pizzas in. The advantage of using a steel pan is that they are heavier than aluminium and steel absorbs the heat far more evenly which therefore creates a better bake. Once the pans have been  seasoned they develop a natural patina that only improves with age.
