Black Iron/ Carbon Steel is the term given to products made from Mild Steel, not it’s colour. More robust than Aluminium especially when baking at high temperatures.
Perforating Pans allow extra heat to get to the base of the pan and results in a crispier base. We can Perforate most pans, however once they have been perforated they are treated as “specials” and cannot be returned.
