Unlike its metal counterparts, this Bakery Trolley eliminates replacement cost and common issues, such as broken rails, rusted casters, and metal-on-metal friction and build up. There are no metal parts. From top to bottom, it’s corrosion and rust free, guaranteed for life. Each high performing plastic caster has a total locking brake which locks both the swivel AND the wheel.

Designed for 6040 pans to slide onto each set of slide rails, it’s oven-ready to accept pans from ovens up to 200°C. It’s also cooler and freezer-safe for cold storage.
