All our aluminium cookware conforms to European standards EN601 & EN602. Both our Heavy Duty and Medium Duty cookware is manufactured from 99% pure aluminium and is an excellent heat conductor. Satin finished with internal radius to corners, which means no unhygienic food traps, strong rivited side handles, with thickened rims for extra strength. Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
